Flanged Slurry Knife Gate Valve
The KGV-A Heavy Duty Slurry Knife Gate Valve is a flat flange, packingless, rubber lined, bi-directional valve suitable for use in a variety of industrial applications. The full port design ensures that there is no internal obstruction and provides a "blind flange" closure when the gate is closed. The sealing surface of the valve will be located between two thick rubber bushings, both of which are compressed in the valve housing. Each valve sleeve is molded with an internal reinforcement ring to ensure that the sealing sleeve is centrally located inside the valve body and can resist the huge shear forces during the valve opening and closing process. The stainless steel gate should be completely removable from the process flow in the open position and can be inspected and replaced if necessary without taking the valve out of service.

Working status of pinch valve：
Fully-open: the full-bore elastic valve sleeve of pinch valve without any gaps & dead spots.
Center closed: closed on the center line of the valve body, which avoids turbulence and abrasion, as a result, the valve sleeve becomes a smooth and enclosed venturi with self-cleaning during every operation.
Fully-closed: it ensures the pinch valve is with no leakage of two ways when shut off, and the safe design of inner valve sleeve requires no maintenance of sealing elements.
