Wafer Type Slurry Knife Gate Valve
KGV-D wafer-type slurry knife gate valve, no packing required, with rubber lining, bidirectional flow, has a wide range of industrial applications. The full-bore non-interference flow channel design will form a blind plate cut-off when the valve is closed. The sealing surface of the valve is the surface between the two rubber sleeves pressed into the valve body cavity. Each rubber sleeve is molded in one piece and formed into an integral part with the liner reinforcement ring to ensure that the rubber sleeve is positioned in the valve body and helps it to withstand the high shear force generated when the valve plate passes through the two sealing villages. The sleeve should include a heavy-duty base ring design to support the sleeve in its installed position to avoid excessive pressure.

Working status of pinch valve:
Fully-open: the full-bore elastic valve sleeve of pinch valve without any gaps & dead spots.
Center closed: closed on the center line of the valve body, which avoids turbulence and abrasion, as a result, the valve sleeve becomes a smooth and enclosed venturi with self-cleaning during every operation.
Fully-closed: it ensures the pinch valve is with no leakage of two ways when shut off, and the safe design of inner valve sleeve requires no maintenance of sealing elements.
